We are looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress for our 1 rosette, fine dining, Bridgewalk Restaurant.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for award winning food and service, a friendly person who loves hosting and interacting with people, has good attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

As part of the role you will be able to;
• Ensure the highest standards of service delivered in the restaurant and banqueting areas.
• Show that you are highly organised with excellent leadership qualities and have the ability to train the front of house team.
• Show you have an excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Portray professional standards at all times.
• Maintain good relationship and communication with other departments as well as your team.

This is an ideal opportunity for anyone in a similar role, who is looking for a new challenge or for someone ready to progress up the ladder to a head waiter position. 

The working week will be 5 days over 7 including weekends and you should be flexible to be able to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
